It is clinically preferable to see patients face to face. As such we offer limited telehealth appointments. Telehealth appointments are privately billed.
Consultations are by appointment and these are made at 15/20 minute intervals.
If you have a number of problems or a complex issue to discuss please let the receptionists know upon booking your appointment so they can allocate a longer time for you to speak with the doctor.
If all doctors are fully booked and you have an emergency or a sick child, please advise reception so arrangements can be made to deal with the medical issue.
Emergencies will be dealt with promptly by the first available doctor.

Pathology & test results
Test results require an appointment with the doctor. Your doctor will advise you when the results are due back. Please make an appointment with your doctor to obtain and discuss the results.

Contacting your doctor
As you can appreciate while you doctor is consulting with a patient, he is unable to take a call. If Urgent, please give reception a clear, concise explanation of the nature of the emergency. This information will be passed on to the doctor.
Any non-urgent phone messages will be addressed when time permits, hopefully within 24hrs.
Due to medico-legal and privacy issues, the doctors do not accept any communication or give any advice by fax or email.
